The performance of the molds used in tire production directly affects the quality of the tires, so we have developed a dedicated baking equipment for tire molds. This unit adopts a programmable controller that can control the temperature inside the box in multiple stages. For the supplement of fresh air, the automatic fresh air outlet can be controlled at different temperatures (for example, in the heating stage, the exhaust system can be turned off, and in the insulation process, the exhaust fan can be turned on, and the angle of the corner motor can be adjusted to a smaller angle to achieve partial dehumidification. At the end of the insulation, the angle can be increased to control the cooling). The turntable can work regularly and continuously at a speed of 0.5r/min. The exhaust fan can be manually/automatically controlled: the oven has a temperature record of 6 points, and a temperature detection point can clearly record the internal changes of the oven. It also has overheating protection when the temperature is out of control.

1、 Electrical control system:
1. Temperature control: Adopting a multi-stage program temperature controller with a large length of 16 segments, it can define different process curves for oven heating, insulation, and cooling. Automatic control with temperature priority or time priority for resuming operation after power outage.
2. Electric heating control: Using SSR control (solid-state relay control), it can effectively control the temperature inside the oven.
3. Dehumidification fan: It can be operated manually/automatically. Automatic operation can set the working time of the dehumidification fan, which can be adjusted within 99 hours and 59 minutes.
4. Inside the oven: Equipped with a 6-point temperature paper recorder to record the actual temperature inside the oven in real time for data analysis.
5. Using Japanese PLC as the main controller for the oven: for the turntable, it can operate continuously by inching, and for the timed control of the dehumidifier: the angle controller of the angle motor.
